Why

This is the ongoing saga of my run in with drunk drivers, whiskey plates, dwi /dui offenders, and my personal headon crash with a drunk driver going the wrong way on the freeway. My hubby and I go out of our way to take pictures of vehicles displaying whiskey plates. I will post any and all that we find.
